Baked By Hand, Every Day

We bake overnight, 362 days a year. Every croissant is hand-rolled, every pastry made from scratch, every ingredient intentionally sourced. Because great pastries start with craft.

Our Story

Founded in 2005 by Keiji and Etsuko, Fresh Flours blends Japanese-inspired flavors with French pastry craft.

In 2021, Onda Origins acquired the bakery, stepping in to carry forward the tradition and care.

Today, we’re proud to remain a neighborhood bakery, now in four Seattle communities, and continue the tradition of pastries made with care.

  • The short answer is no. We’re a (very) small team, and in order to provide our 5 shops around Seattle with high quality handmade pastries every day, we aren’t able to fulfill large orders or offer catering. That said, you’re always welcome to order online for same-day pickup or show up early and fill up a large pastry box with anything and everything available!

  • Yes — you can buy physical gift cards in-store or add them to your same day pickup order. Hot tip: Gift cards also work at Onda Origins, our sister shop & roastery (the specialty coffee side of things) in Hillman City.
